What kind of products can you manufacture?
We manufacture a wide range of textile products in sublimation from apparel, home textiles and accessories. We can make any product you can imagine in which sublimation can be a differential value. Which are the manufacturing times?
Our manufacturing times depends on the product but our average is 10 working days. We will be happy to give you an estimate if you provide us with more information about your order. We can sublimate about 5000 garments per day. Depending on the quantity and complexity of production we will adjust the days as much as possible. In addition, by not having to rely on international logistics, we can guarantee a faster and more reliable delivery.
What is sublimation?
Textile sublimation is a technique used to print on white polyester garments. It is a printing system that allows us not only to reproduce any type of design without color limitations, but also to do it easily, quickly and cost effectively. It is really useful for printing complex designs on white polyester garments, such as photographs, gradients, texts or full color illustrations.
Which design restrictions are there?
Sublimation allows you to print any image or design on a wide variety of materials and surfaces, so there are no limitations on the shape, size or color of the designs. This means you can be very creative and original with your designs, and customize them according to your preferences and needs.
What size options do you have?
Our machinery allows us to produce both large and small items. Therefore, we can manufacture products up to one and a half meters wide and as long as needed. We have produced everything from neck warmers to large flags for different sectors.
What types of fabrics do you have?
Although we work with all types of fabrics, we specialize in sublimation. That’s why we work with different types of polyester and fabrics.
